Refrain from gossip, harassment, bullying, intimidation, or personal attacks.
Respect assigned stall locations and market policies.
Support a positive market atmosphere that benefits all vendors.
Direct concerns, complaints, or policy questions to Market Management rather than confronting other vendors.
Avoid engaging in disruptive behavior that negatively impacts the market experience for others.
Comply with all market rules, regulations, and directions provided by Market Management.
Concerns and Complaints
If a vendor has concerns regarding another vendor, market operations, safety issues, or policy violations, they should report the matter directly to Market Management. Vendors are expected to allow management to investigate and address concerns appropriately.
Unacceptable Conduct
The following behaviors may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the market:
Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior.
Repeated disruptive conduct.
Verbal abuse toward vendors, volunteers, customers, or management.
Public arguments or confrontations.
Spreading false or damaging information about other vendors.
Failure to follow market policies after receiving direction from management.
Enforcement
Market Management reserves the right to address violations of this Code of Conduct and may issue warnings, suspend participation, or revoke vendor privileges when necessary to maintain a safe and positive market environment.
