The Bulkley Valley Farmers' Market was full of energy this past Saturday as vendors, shoppers, and visitors gathered for another fantastic market day in downtown Smithers.

The market featured an incredible selection of locally grown produce, farm-fresh products, handcrafted goods, baked treats, and artisan creations. From familiar favourites to unique handmade treasures, there was no shortage of reasons to wander the market and support local businesses.

Adding to the atmosphere was live music from The Chesterfields, whose performance provided the perfect soundtrack to a beautiful morning at the market. Their music brought people together, encouraged a few toe taps and dance moves, and helped create the welcoming community spirit that makes market days so special.

One of the highlights of the market is always the opportunity to connect directly with the people who grow, raise, bake, craft, and create the products we enjoy. Every purchase made at the market supports local families, strengthens our regional economy, and helps keep our community vibrant.
